For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Navy seeks calibration of a single air testing unit (FACTAIR F-3001). Applicants must supply new equipment only and pass technical review; the short bidding window (21–22 July 2026) suggests urgency. Warranty terms must be specified. Unregistered bidders face 5% bid security plus GST/NTN documentation overhead. No advance payment is available. This is a one-off equipment service contract; recurring calibration may follow if performance is satisfactory.

Who can bid: Firms must be registered with HQs COMLOG or submit 5% bid security (bank draft/pay order) plus GST/NTN certificates. Registered suppliers may endorse their registration number instead. Only new brand equipment is permitted. Typically, calibration service providers should hold relevant technical certifications and quality management accreditation.
