Printing of Wheel Calendar and Booklet by Shifa Foundation

Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 as the sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, is inviting sealed quotations from eligible and experienced printing firms for the printing and delivery of Wheel Calendars and Booklets in Karachi. The procurement covers 4,400 units each of EPI Round Wheel Calendars (20 cm diameter, double-sided rotating wheel with center metal eyelet, printed in CMYK on 350–400 GSM art card with waterproof matte lamination) and Key Family Care Practices Booklets (A6 Portrait format, 105 × 148 mm, 5 pages, CMYK, double-sided, saddle stitched, printed on 120–125 GSM laminated art paper). This is part of the UNICEF-ISD Project in Karachi, Sindh Province.

Eligible firms must be registered with relevant authorities and submit comprehensive documentation including Company Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate if applicable, company profile demonstrating relevant experience, list of similar assignments completed, copies of purchase orders and completion certificates, evidence of financial capacity through bank statements for the previous one year, and Active Taxpayer List status. Preference will be given to vendors based in Karachi. Quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, delivery charges, and all applicable Government taxes including Sales Tax and Withholding Tax, and rates must remain valid for at least four weeks.

Sealed quotations clearly marked "Quotation for Printing of Wheel Calendar and Booklet – Shifa Foundation Karachi" must be submitted by 03 August 2026; quotations received after the deadline will not be entertained. Delivery must be completed within 07 working days after issuance of the Purchase Order at Shifa Foundation Project Offices, Karachi. Payment will be made through crossed cheque within 20 working days after receipt of complete invoice and satisfactory delivery. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or part of the required quantities and to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reason.
