Description / Scope of Work
The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (JJ) valued at Rs. 57.287 million. This emergency work is being procured under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004 and is located in Punjab. The project scope and specifications will be detailed in the tender documents issued only to pre-qualified contractors. Interested contractors must submit complete applications with credentials for scrutiny before tender documents are issued, demonstrating sufficient experience in relevant field work and meeting special conditions required for the job and area.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must submit a valid PEC registration certificate with their application. Contractors must be on the approved List of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' and possess demonstrated experience of similar work. Additionally, contractors are required to provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with Government Departments in Court of Law and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
Tender documents must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hours on 05 August 2026, and will be opened at 1200 Hours on the same date. Interested parties and their authorized representatives may contact CMES (PAF) Faisal on all working days between 0715 and 1335 hours for further details. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules. Rejected tenders will be dealt with according to Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
