PSPC seeks offset thermal printing plates for security printing applications via national competitive bidding. The tender appears routine for an established government entity with standard procurement procedures including integrity pacts and performance guarantees. Bidders must demonstrate manufacturing capability and previous experience; this is likely a repeat requirement given PSPC's core business. The single-envelope process suggests straightforward technical and commercial evaluation. Vendors should note the short timeline to closing (August 6, 2026) and prepare documentation including blacklisting affidavits and beneficial ownership declarations.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying offset thermal printing plates. Typically, suppliers in this category must hold valid NTN registration, demonstrate manufacturing or authorized distribution capability, and provide evidence of non-blacklisting. The notice requires submission of a manufacturer's authorization form where applicable, suggesting authorized distributors are acceptable. Compliance with PSPC's HSE policy is mandatory.
