Description / Scope of Work
Government M.A.O. Graduate College, Lahore invites sealed bids from registered, experienced, and income tax and sales tax registered printing firms for the designing, printing, binding and supply of the College Prospectus 2026 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The scope of work includes designing and composing of the prospectus, printing approximately 5,000 copies of a 34-page document with four-colour cover and inside pages, high-quality printing and finishing, perfect binding, secure packing and delivery at the college's location in Lahore, Punjab. The prospectus specifications include A4 size (210 × 297 mm), 300 GSM Art Card with gloss lamination for the cover, 128 GSM Art Paper for inside pages in four-colour format, and delivery within 07 days of approval of the final artwork and colour proof.
Eligibility criteria require the bidder to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with National Tax Number (NTN), registered for Sales Tax where applicable, on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), possess at least 03 years' experience in offset printing, have successfully completed similar printing work for Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies, and must not be blacklisted by any Government Department. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value shall be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of the Principal, Government M.A.O. Graduate College, Lahore.
Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions may be obtained from the College Office during working hours upon written request. Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M., and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Rates shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening, and the College reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity by 15% as permissible under the Punjab Procurement Rules, with the Competent Authority retaining the right to reject any or all bids.
