District Council Multan seeks seven separate items for Eid Milad Un Nabi 2026 celebrations (Mehfel arrangements for 300, building illumination, sweet supply, sabeel cabins, banners, beverages).
Total estimated value Rs 2.504M across multiple government sites. This is event-specific, one-off procurement with tight 5-month execution window. Multi-item structure suggests opportunity for specialized vendors (catering, décor, printing) to bid individually or as coordinated suppliers. Tight bid closure timing (same-day opening) requires swift document preparation.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations plus PRA certificate. Typically, suppliers need NTN and valid FBR registration. Registration with relevant trade bodies (FPCCI, PEC for décor/construction items) typically expected but not explicitly stated. Single-stage, online portal submission only.
