Purchase of Aviation Items and Equipment by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Mirage Rebuild Factory at Kamra invites sealed tenders for the purchase of items as per an enclosed list under tender reference MRF/Log/26-27. This open tender is issued under a closed framework arrangement and calls for suppliers to provide aviation items, chemicals, materials, equipment and related components required for aircraft rebuild and maintenance operations. Bids comprise two separate envelopes containing technical offer (without prices) and financial offer (with prices exclusive of GST) submitted in a single sealed package marked with item name, tender reference, and opening date. Sealed tenders must be delivered to the Officer In Charge Indigenous Provisioning, PAC Kamra before 1000 hours on 6 August 2026, with opening at 1100 hours the same day. Delivery period begins from issuance of provisional or firm purchase order, whichever is earlier, with items required within minimum possible timeframe. Suppliers will be responsible for one year minimum warranty with free repair or replacement of defective items at MRF premises.
