Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of a roller type manual barrier at PSO Machike Terminal in Sindh province. The work comprises provision and installation of a trapezoid shaped sliding road blocker constructed from 14 SWG mild steel sheet with internal MS angle supports, featuring special hard alloy roller wheels (86 mm diameter, 40 mm width) with double bearings and locking pins, solid bar axles of 1 inch diameter, and complete painting in yellow and black for high visibility. The barrier shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red lead primer, applied to professional standards by ICI or Berger products. Eligible contractors must possess relevant experience in fabrication and installation of similar structures and must comply with all PSO health, safety and environment standards applicable to the work. All government taxes and GST are included in quoted rates. The contractor shall arrange and provide all services, tools, materials, supervision and transportation at their own cost.
