Services and Maintenance of Flap Barriers by National Insurance Company Limited

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites competitive bids for the provision of services and maintenance of flap barriers at the NICL Building located in Islamabad for a contract period of one year. The procurement reference is P64130. This is a non-consultancy services contract to be executed at the NICL headquarters situated at 63-Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad Capital Territory. The contract will cover all necessary servicing, maintenance, repairs and upkeep of flap barrier systems to ensure optimal operational functionality throughout the contract duration. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bidders must be eligible contractors registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding document.
