The Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Secretariat invites sealed tenders from reputed Government-registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of various items and services during the financial year 2026-2027. The tender notice No.Admin-Procurement-2026/27 dated July 23, 2026 covers seven distinct procurement categories: purchase and repair of furniture and fixtures, purchase and repair of machinery and equipment, printing materials, office stationery, non-edible and miscellaneous items, repair and maintenance of Government vehicles, and minor repair and maintenance of building and structure. The scope encompasses routine supplies and maintenance services required to support the operations of the Assembly Secretariat in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Government authorities and possess their own complete setup in the relevant field, including own shop, store, furniture house, printing press or auto shop/workshop as applicable. Bidders must submit bank security or call deposit equivalent to five percent of the bid price in the form of a bank draft by a scheduled bank in the name of the Deputy Secretary (Admin), along with technical documents. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors will have their bidding documents entertained. The bid must be computerized on the firm's letter pad with typed rates; handwritten quotations will be rejected.
Bid documents containing detailed lists, terms and conditions for each category are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on working days until July 24, 2026. Participating bidders must submit formal applications to acquire bid documents and provide a mailing address to the Secretary GB Assembly. Sealed tenders must be submitted on or before August 10, 2026 by 9:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of contractors, suppliers or their authorized representatives at the GB Assembly Secretariat, Jutial, Gilgit. Bidders must provide bank statements for the last 02 years, work experience certificates in the relevant field, registration certificates, vendor numbers and contact details with their bids.
