For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Three separate procurement packages are being called for routine supplies and services by the W&P Department Gilgit-Baltistan. The scope is modest—stationery, miscellaneous items, and vehicle repair—suggesting small to medium contract values. Minimum experience requirement is five years. The tight closure timeline (20 August 2026) allows limited preparation window. These appear to be recurring annual budget allocations rather than one-off projects, typical of government departmental operations. Vendors should note the strict documentation requirements and the mandatory non-blacklist affidavit.

Who can bid: Bidders must demonstrate minimum five years' relevant experience. Registration with relevant authorities (NTN, SECP if applicable) is typically required for vendor registration in Pakistan. The notice mandates a non-blacklist affidavit from any government or semi-government organization. Foreign firms may bid but must typically have local representation or agent registration.
