Supply and Maintenance Works for District Lower Chitral Police Stations 2026-27

District Police Office, Lower Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders and quotations from government-approved contractors and firms for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a comprehensive range of goods and services including stationery items, furniture repair and maintenance, major and minor repair and maintenance works on police buildings, provision of meals and food for police personnel during emergencies and festivals and election duties, private transport vehicles for police personnel during emergencies and festivals and election duties, vehicle spare parts including tyres, tubes, batteries and lubricants, various types of machinery and equipment, and miscellaneous items under other contingencies for District Lower Chitral and all affiliated police stations.

Contractors and firms must be duly approved by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with renewed licenses for the financial year 2026-27. All bidders are required to accompany their tender with a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs 100,000 as earnest money or security deposit. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) is mandatory. Bidders possessing a National Tax Number (NTN) must provide complete tax-related details and documents with their tender submissions. The procurement process shall be conducted strictly in accordance with KPPRA Rules.

Sealed tenders and quotations shall be received at the office of the undersigned and will be opened on 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the District Police Officer, Lower Chitral, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the District Police Officer, Lower Chitral during office hours. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or proposals, wholly or partially, before acceptance, for any valid and justifiable reason.
