The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for outsourcing of technical and class IV staff to be deployed at its hospitals and schools across Punjab under a framework contract. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on a scheduled date.
