UNDP Pakistan is inviting applications for an Individual Consultant position as Finance Analyst under reference UNDP-IC-2026-190. This is a consultancy assignment open exclusively to Pakistani nationals, with a contract duration of 105 working days spread over a 5-month engagement period. The consultant will be engaged to provide financial analysis and support to UNDP's operations in Pakistan. Candidates must register and submit proposals through UNDP's e-tendering platform Quantum; the assignment is managed via this new supplier portal system which requires user registration prior to application submission.
Eligibility is restricted to Pakistan nationals only. Interested candidates must be registered on UNDP's Quantum platform to participate in this procurement. The opportunity requires submission of both technical and financial proposals, along with supporting documentation including Terms of Reference compliance, a Proposal Submission Form, Statement of Health, List of References, Breakdown of Costs, and adherence to General Terms and Conditions of Individual Contract as stipulated by UNDP.
