Maintenance of PQA Lawns and Green Areas for Two Years by Port Qasim Authority

Port Qasim Authority invites bids for the maintenance of lawns and green areas from T-Junction to Chairman's Secretariat for a contract period of two years. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The service covers landscaping and grounds maintenance across designated areas within the Port Qasim Authority premises in the Bin Qasim subdivision of Malir District, Karachi, Sindh Province. The procurement is funded from budgeted allocations for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this purpose.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with all requirements outlined in the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration submitted on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to demonstrate capacity to perform maintenance services including grass cutting, watering, fertilisation, pest control, and general upkeep of green spaces. The evaluation will follow the prescribed criteria detailed in the bidding document.
