Supply of Stationery, Machinery and Furniture by Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad

The Excise and Taxation Department, Government of Pakistan, H-9 Islamabad, invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of stationery, petty items, printer toners, machinery and furniture items. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement under PPRA rules, with bids received at the ETO Office, Plot 35 Sector H-9, Islamabad on or before 7 August 2026 at 11:00 hours and opened the same day at 14:30 hours. The tender covers multiple categories of office supplies and equipment to support departmental operations in Islamabad, Federal Province. Qualified bidders will be awarded supply orders on an item-by-item basis following evaluation of samples and rates.

Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and possess a current professional tax registration certificate from ETO Islamabad. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 or 2 percent of quoted bids, whichever is higher, must be submitted in the form of pay order or bank draft (cheques not accepted) in favour of the Excise and Taxation Officer. Technical proposals must include all required documentation and samples as specified in Annex-C; proposals without bid security or samples will be rejected. Financial bids remain unopened until technical evaluation is complete; only technically qualified bidders proceed to financial bid opening.

Bidders must obtain tender documents from the ETO Office in Islamabad and submit bids through the PPRA e-Procurement portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and physically to ETO before closing time on 7 August 2026, with original documents and samples. All pages of technical and financial proposals must be signed and stamped. Bid prices must be inclusive of all taxes including GST and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Quality inspection occurs at delivery; unsatisfactory items are returned and payment is made only after E&TD Purchase Committee inspection. The department reserves the right to accept or reject tenders wholly or partially under PPRA Rules.
