Description / Scope of Work
The Anti Narcotics Force, Regional Directorate KP invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous items (goods) under tender reference P68534 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is issued by the Assistant Director at the Industrial Estate office in Peshawar City, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, with bidding documents available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/68534.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 09:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
