Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for hiring of comprehensive technical facilities on a per-episode basis for eight episodes of the drama serial 'Zara Nam Ho'. The procurement scope includes professional camera equipment (Sony FS7 with operator and prime lenses), camera mounting systems (drone cam and jib slider with operators), lighting rigs (Kino flow, Arri HMI units, Nattho lights, and Aperture fixtures), sound recording equipment (Zoom Recorder), power generation (50 KV generators with fuel, vehicles and operators), and transport services (AC car, Hiace van, and vanity van with drivers and support staff). The hiring is being conducted at PTV Karachi Centre, located on Shaheed Sibghatullah Shah Pir Paghara Road, and is governed by PPRA Rule 36-B for technical hiring of production facilities.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and possess GST or SRB registration with the Federal Board of Revenue as active tax payers. Applicants must have a valid office with traceable postal address and contact details, and must provide an affidavit confirming non-defaulter status with any public sector organization or PTV. Bidders must maintain strong professional credentials and be eligible to enter business arrangements under applicable Pakistan law. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft, or CDR in favour of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited is mandatory and must be submitted in original form to the Executive Programmes Manager before tender closing time. Personal cheques and cash are not acceptable forms of bid security.
Interested bidders must submit tender documents exclusively through the EPADS platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Manually submitted hard copies will only be considered if simultaneously submitted through EPADS; otherwise they will be rejected. Quotations must be submitted on a per-episode basis with prices inclusive of all taxes, valid for a minimum of 120 days from bid opening date. Tender opening will take place on 10 August 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST) at PTV Karachi Centre in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
