The University of Health Sciences, Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of integrated IT and audio visual equipment for the Shams Auditorium at its City Campus in Lahore, Punjab. This is a turn-key solution tender comprising five distinct lots: Display Systems (LED and large format displays) estimated at PKR 1,499,969; Audio and Visual Conference and Sound Reinforcement System valued at PKR 1,469,100; Projection System quoted at PKR 6,629,240; IT Networking and Surveillance System (CCTV) estimated at PKR 1,085,600; and Online UPS procurement at PKR 826,000. The total estimated project value is PKR 11,509,909. Bidders may participate in any or all lots as per their capability and interest.
Eligible bidders include sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers who are registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security deposit of 2 percent of the estimated amount for each lot as earnest money, to be submitted in the form of online transfer, bank guarantee, or cash deposit receipt (CDR) drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. The procurement process will be conducted following the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPS) under PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a) in a single-stage two-envelope format with separate financial and technical proposals.

Sealed bids must be submitted online through PEPS by 03:00 PM on 05-08-2026, and will be opened publicly at 03:30 PM the same day in the presence of participating firm representatives.
