Procurement of Spares for Command and Gunner Sight Modification by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of spares required for modification and up-gradation of command and gunner sight systems. The tender is issued under PPRA and MoDP rules on a FOR (Free on Road) basis with a delivery period of twelve months after contract signing. Bid reference 4997/IT-6403/Mod-UP Grad/2026-27/FOR(A)/ASRF/SCM is dated 17 July 2026, and the detailed Schedule of Requirement and Delivery is provided in Annexure A of this Standard Bidding Document. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding process.

Eligible bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit a photocopy of registration or pre-qualification letter from HIT, DGP, MoDP or Government organizations; attested copies of Sales Tax Registration and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last three financial years; attested bank statements for one year; attested CNIC of the CEO or Director; proof of trade link with the OEM for distributors or agents; and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is neither blacklisted, suspended, nor debarred. Documentary evidence of contracts executed or works experience with Government or Semi-Government organizations in the last three financial years is required. A postal order of Rs 2,000 in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate must accompany the technical bid.
