SIUT seeks plumbing supplies for healthcare facility operations in Karachi. The tender requires established supplier status with current tax registration; the Rs. 3000 non-refundable document fee is a significant pre-qualification gate. Bid opening is 17-08-2026. This appears to be a one-off procurement rather than a framework contract. Suppliers should note the document fee is non-recoverable and confirm their tax compliance status before bidding.
Who can bid: Bidders must be well-established and reputed suppliers or authorized distributors, registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax, and active tax payers for 2026-27.
