Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Kahuta, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract to purchase printing materials and items for the fiscal year 2026–27. The estimated contract value is PKR 2,000,000 (two million rupees). This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk. The contract covers the supply of all printing-related materials and services required by the hospital in Kahuta, Rawalpindi district.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, actively listed as taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and must not have been blacklisted by the procuring agency. Bidders are required to submit proof of NTN and Sales Tax registration with their bids. The bid security is set at 2 percent of the estimated cost and must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft drawn on a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of MS THQ Hospital Kahuta. Bids should reflect best and final pricing, as no negotiations are expected. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
Intended bidders may download the complete bidding documents free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date. All bids must be submitted electronically through ep.punjab.gov.pk (Punjab e-Procurement System) by 10:00 AM on 06 August 2026. Bid opening will take place at 10:30 AM on the same date in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kahuta, in the presence of bidders' representatives.
