This is a substantial framework contract for recurring healthcare supplies across seven distinct lots, totalling approximately 16.3 million rupees through June 2027. The procurement spans essential medicines, surgical consumables, dialysis equipment, laboratory reagents for specific analyzer brands, and capital installation work. The breadth of lots suggests multiple suppliers may be awarded different categories, reducing single-vendor risk for the hospital. The framework structure indicates repeat ordering against pre-agreed rates rather than a one-time purchase, which may suit established suppliers with consistent production capacity.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise and Taxation Department with valid professional tax certificate for FY2026-27, and registered on ePADS platform. Must not be blacklisted. Government enterprises require competent authority authorization. Sole proprietors, associations, companies, and joint ventures are eligible if properly registered. Typically for healthcare procurement, bidders should also hold relevant product certifications and manufacturer agency credentials.
