Framework contract for drugs, medicines and medical devices by THQ Hospital Kotmomin

THQ Hospital Kotmomin invites sealed bids for a framework contract of local purchase of day-to-day and bulk emergency drugs, medicines, medical devices, and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is 4 million Pakistani rupees. This procurement is open to eligible local pharmacies within Sargodha District, Punjab, and will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).

Eligible bidders must be local pharmacies of Sargodha District holding a valid computerized drug sale license on Form No.9 with at least one year of documented experience and established credentials in technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Bidders must demonstrate capacity to supply national, multinational and surgical disposable items at maximum discount rates on MRP. Bid security of Rs.80,000 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of a bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt or pay order, valid until bid expiration. A performance guarantee of 2% of the budget, valid until 30 June 2027, is required from successful bidders.

Bidding documents containing detailed item specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in marked envelopes. The deadline for bid submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System is 06 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM at THQ Hospital Kotmomin MS Office. Bids must be in English currency, with all pages signed and stamped by an authorized person. Successful bidders are required to provide invoices and warranty documentation as needed.
