Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals and importers for the procurement of drugs, medicines and medical devices through limited and petty purchase via quotation on the e-Procurement System portal of PPRA Punjab. Seven separate framework and limited purchase contracts are being tendered for the financial year 2026-27, covering medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory items, X-Ray films, medical glasses, and both vendor registration and limited purchase arrangements. The total estimated procurement value exceeds 05 million rupees. All bidders must be registered on the e-procurement system of PPRA Punjab and registered with relevant authorities. The procurement shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) and single-stage two-envelope procedures will be applied for serial numbers 1 to 5, with only technical proposals invited for limited purchase quotations under serial numbers 6 and 7.
Eligible bidders include manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals as well as importers holding valid drug sale licenses on Form 11. For limited purchase through quotation (LPQ), only technical proposals are required for prequalification to supply medicines, surgical disposable items and medical devices. For local purchase through LPDD, bidders must hold valid drug sale licenses on Form 9 within 10 kilometres radius of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore. All applicable taxes will be levied as per Government rules, and tender registration for LPQ and LPDD will remain valid until 30 September 2027 (renewable upon application). Bid security amounts are specified as 2 percent of estimated value for framework contracts and fixed amounts of Rs. 50,000 for registration tenders.

Registration will commence from the publication date and continue until 10 August 2026 on the PPRA website and portal.
