Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital (SSH), Jauharabad invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for the supply and services of five distinct lots during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes Lot 01: Blood Bank Items (estimated cost PKR 500,000), Lot 02: M-20 Medicines (PKR 1,100,000), Lot 03: Bedding & Linen Washing Services (PKR 1,000,000), Lot 04: Hospital Waste Collection & Disposal Services (PKR 360,000), and Lot 05: Gas Filling Services (PKR 500,000). All supplies are on an FOR basis at the consignee's end in Jauharabad, Punjab. The contract is an annual procurement for the hospital's operational requirements throughout 2026-27.
Eligible participants must be Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Sole Agents of Foreign Principals, Suppliers, Distributors, Firms, Wholesale Distributors, or Service Providers registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) under PPRA regulations. Firms blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI/SSH Jauharabad are ineligible. Each bidder must submit a Bid Security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost of each lot through The Bank of Punjab in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. The Performance Guarantee is set at 5% of the total contract value for the awarded lot.
Interested bidders must download e-bidding documents from PPRA, PESSI websites, and the E-Procurement System (E-PS) portal. Bids will be submitted through Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Electronic bids (readable scanned copies) must be uploaded to the E-PS by 06.08.2026 at 09:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 09:30 AM.
