Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority invites bids from eligible contractors for the provision of janitorial services at LDA Sports Complex Johar Town, Lahore. The contract covers morning, evening and general shift cleaning services for seven days per week at the Johar Town facility and other sports complexes as required. The estimated price inclusive of all taxes is Rs 36,296,836. Procurement reference number LDA/DSC/115 shall be executed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope e-procurement methodology via the Punjab E-Procurement Regulatory Authority system (eproc).
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and shall submit valid documentary evidence of undertakings and supporting documents as specified in the bidding documents. A bid security of Rs 729,475.68 (representing 2% of the estimated price) must accompany each tender submission. All tenders must be submitted electronically through the eproc system and must be received in the office of the undersigned no later than one hour before the bid submission deadline of 06.08.2026 at 11:00 am.
