Port Qasim Authority invites sealed bids from financially sound contractors and firms for a Cleaning and Sweeping Services Contract covering PQA areas, offices and housing complex for the period 2026-28. The contract is issued by the Environment and Safety Department of Port Qasim Authority, located in Bin Qasim, Karachi, Sindh. Bidders must submit sealed bids at the office of Director (Environment and Safety), Port Qasim Authority on or before 28th August 2026 at 12:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from PQA and PPRA websites. Port Qasim Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA-2004 regulations, with the authority's decision being final and binding.
