Framework contract covering eight categories of general store supplies (stationery, printing, uniforms, furniture, entertainment items, and miscellaneous goods) for 2026-27 financial year. This is a recurring annual procurement with medium-scale spend distributed across multiple categories, suggesting multiple vendors may be engaged. Bidders should note the tight 120-day bid validity requirement and mandatory 10% performance guarantee. The eight-category structure allows partial lot participation but requires category-specific financial and technical qualification.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered suppliers with NTN and GST compliance. Bank certification of financial soundness is mandatory. Professional tax certificate and company profile required. Typically, for supply contracts in Pakistan, registration with SECP (if a company) and valid trade license are expected. No PEC category applies as this is non-construction procurement.
