Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital Islamabad, located at I-12 IJP Road in Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of stationery items and printing services for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,500,000 and the contract period extends until 30 June 2026 following issuance of the award list. This procurement is conducted via the Punjab E-Procurement portal under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. The hospital seeks registered suppliers with established technical, financial and managerial credentials to supply various stationery and printing materials required for hospital operations throughout the year.
Eligible bidders must be registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax (Active status) with the Federal Board of Revenue, possess valid PRA registration, and maintain good standing — suppliers blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI are excluded from participation. Bidders are required to submit 2% of the estimated quoted item price as electronic bid security in the format prescribed by the E-Procurement system, with the E-Stamp paper reaching the hospital office before the submission deadline.
