Eight separate framework contracts for police consumables and services (FY 2026-27): fuel/lubricants, stationery, safety equipment, repairs, and building maintenance.
Portfolio spans 0.7–10.16 million rupees per contract (38.76M total), signalling a diversified supplier capable of managing multiple categories simultaneously. Notable: deadline is distant (Aug 2026), allowing preparation time; however, bidders must qualify across tax/registration authorities and avoid prior PPRA/CTP blacklisting. Structure favors established multi-category suppliers over single-line vendors.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Punjab Sales Tax Department; typically incorporation via SECP for companies or NADRA for sole proprietors. Financial soundness and prior relevant experience required. Those previously barred/disqualified from PPRA or CTP Gujranwala must submit Rs 500 stamp-paper affidavit. No PEC category specified (non-construction).
