For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two Faisalabad government hospitals seek a logistics provider for annual goods transportation under a 3M PKR framework contract (FY 2026-27).
Item-wise award structure suggests multiple transport categories rather than single-route monopoly. The 2% bid security (0.06M) and performance guarantee are standard, but the framework approach indicates recurring monthly/quarterly movements—not episodic hauling. Tight August 2026 deadline suggests this is a renewal; established transporters familiar with hospital cold-chain and urgent delivery protocols have advantage.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on Punjab E-Procurement System in relevant transport/logistics category prior to bid submission. Typically, NTN registration, valid business registration (SECP/PRA), and vehicle ownership/authorization documentation required. No explicit PEC category stated; however, transportation vendors normally require proof of fleet and insurance. Non-registered firms ineligible under PPRA rules.
