Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for the annual procurement of Blood Bank Items during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under open competitive bidding on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis at the consignee's end in Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,000,000/-. Eligible bidders include pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, suppliers, distributors, firms, wholesale distributors and service providers registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH Sargodha are not eligible to participate.
Bidders must submit a separate Bid Security equal to 2% of the total Estimated Cost exclusively through The Bank of Punjab in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. The Performance Guarantee shall be 5% of the Total Contract Value. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage – Two Envelopes methodology as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent, SSH Sargodha on or before the closing date; failure to do so will result in automatic bid rejection.
Interested bidders can download e-bidding documents with detailed specifications from PPRA and PESSI websites and the E-Procurement System (E-PS) platform. E-bids (readable scanned copies) must be uploaded to the E-Procurement System by 10 August 2026 at 1:00 P.M., with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 P.M.
