For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TEVTA is procuring machinery and equipment for a women's vocational training institute in Chakwal. The Rs. 1 million tender is relatively modest in scale and appears to be a one-off procurement rather than a framework contract. Notably, the bidding procedure mandates submission of accumulative pricing only—item-wise quotations are explicitly rejected—which simplifies evaluation but requires bidders to submit a single consolidated rate. The August 10, 2026 deadline is firm and closing time is strict at 10:30 AM with same-day opening. Bidders must arrange physical submission of bid security documents separately from online e-bid submission.
Who can bid: Active tax payers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department are eligible. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 must be submitted as CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. The notice specifies registration with tax authorities but does not mention PEC or other sector-specific registrations, though typically for equipment supply and installation, relevant certifications or partnership agreements with manufacturers may be expected.
