Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Officer Lakki Marwat invites electronic bids for the supply and fabrication of solid waste management machinery under the single stage two-envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers one unit of front-end loader and backhoe as per specifications, three units of 1–1.5 cubic metre mini tippers, and two units of tractor trolleys. The chassis for all equipment shall be supplied by the TMA. This is a capital equipment purchase funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Lakki Marwat municipal administration's waste management operations.
Bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and hold valid NTN, GST registration, and current PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration with demonstrated 3S capability—comprising sale, service, and spare parts supply—within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Bid security of two percent of the total bid price must be submitted as a crossed demand draft in the name of TMO TMA Lakki Marwat, sealed separately and delivered before the closing date. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties shall be borne by the bidder as per government rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 10:00 AM on 18 August 2026, with technical evaluation opening at 10:30 AM the same day. All rates shall be quoted on free-on-rail (FOR) basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to TMA staff. Financial bids of technically accepted proposals will be opened publicly at a time, date, and venue to be communicated via email following technical evaluation. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manually submitted bids will not be considered. Purchase orders remain subject to release of funds, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason under KPPRA Rules.
