Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items by Management Services Wing

The Management Services Wing, Establishment Division, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers for the supply of stationery items, computer stationery including toners for printers and photocopiers, and miscellaneous items during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers three categories: purchase of general stationery items, computer stationery such as toners for printers, photocopiers and fax machines, and other miscellaneous items. The tender is conducted through open competitive bidding under PPRA Rules 2004 as amended, with a bid security of Rs. 100,000. All prospective bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and have offices and relevant expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Eligible bidders must provide proof of valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration with active status on FBR, an undertaking on judicial stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government body, qualified supervisors and skilled manpower, a list of relevant equipment and machinery, a truthfulness undertaking on judicial stamp paper regarding pre-qualification documents, and minimum three years of experience in furniture and fixture repair. The bid security of Rs. 100,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or bid security in favour of the Deputy Director Controlling Officer, Management Services Wing. Bidders who fail to provide any of the required supporting documents shall be disqualified from the tender process.

Interested eligible bidders must register themselves on the EPADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk and submit their documents through the same platform. Bidding documents are available on the websites of Establishment Division at www.establishment.gov.pk and PPRA at www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS on or before 11:00 AM on 10th August 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at Committee Room No. 410, 4th floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
