General and Computer Stationery Items Procurement by CMA RC for FY 2026-27

The Controller Military Accounts (CMA RC), Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD), is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of general stationery and computer stationery items for the Office of the CMA RC for the financial year 2026-27 under reference P69884. This is a national-level procurement conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents provide detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements for the supply of stationery items to support office operations in Rawalpindi, Punjab.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Data Sheet, submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
