CMA RC seeks general and computer stationery supplies for FY 2026-27 under a straightforward LCBS procurement.
Scale appears small-to-medium (office supplies for single military accounts office). Notable: EPADS v2.0 mandatory registration barrier; same-day bid opening (11:30 AM) creates tight submission window; annual recurring procurement suggests stable relationship potential for compliant suppliers.
Who can bid: EPADS v2.0 registration is mandatory. Bid security required (format and amount in Bid Data Sheet, not disclosed here). Typical requirements for stationery supply: valid NTN, sales tax registration, and no blacklisting. Specific PEC category or SECP registration not mentioned; confirm via EPADS portal and bidding documents.
