Pre-Qualification of Firms for Third Party Testing and Inspection of Corrosion Control by SSGC

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas transmission and distribution company operating in the franchise areas of Sindh and Baluchistan, invites pre-qualification bids from eligible firms and contractors for Third Party Testing and Inspection of Corrosion Control services. The tender is conducted under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Tender Enquiry No. SSGC/SC/PQ/EPADS/14392 dated July 22, 2026 seeks qualified service providers to conduct corrosion control testing and inspection as per specified criteria. The scope covers comprehensive third-party verification of corrosion control measures across SSGC's transmission and distribution infrastructure in Sindh and Baluchistan provinces.

Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All bids must include a physical bid bond submitted to the SSGC Tender Room (Head Office Gulshan-e-Iqbal) along with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bidders are required to register on the EPADS portal as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated March 8, 2023, which mandates all suppliers to enroll in the e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. All documents must be properly signed and stamped; any corrections or overwriting must also be signed and stamped by authorized representatives.

Bids will be submitted online exclusively through the EPADS portal on or before August 10, 2026 at 10:30 hours. Public opening of bids will occur at 11:00 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders and their authorized agents. Tender documents comprise six sections covering invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, scope of work, evaluation criteria and forms, declaration and contract forms, and blacklisting/IMS manual requirements.
