District Council Hafizabad invites electronic bids from eligible, well-reputed and financially sound firms, contractors and companies for the construction of nallah street in village nadala kham derbar road abadi kashmiri, Tehsil and District Hafizabad. The project is budgeted at Rs 1.800 million for the current financial year 2026-2027. This infrastructure development scheme aims to improve road connectivity and drainage infrastructure in the specified rural locality of Hafizabad district, Punjab. The procurement process follows open competitive bidding under single-stage single-envelope methodology, with bids to be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement system.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant construction category, possess a valid income tax certificate with active status from FBR and PRA, and be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement platform. Firms must submit a fresh affidavit confirming they have neither been blacklisted by PPRA nor are currently involved in litigation. The bid security required is Rs 90,000 (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost).
