Pakistan Ordnance Factories is procuring indigenous materials and supplies for delivery to Havelian. The procurement uses open competitive bidding with electronic submission. No specific quantities or values are disclosed in this notice—bidders must consult the detailed schedule. Bid security requirements are tiered by firm registration status (2–5% of quoted value). The tight submission deadline (30 minutes before 10:30 opening) and electronic-only submission method require advance preparation. This appears to be a one-off procurement rather than a framework contract.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders include registered indexed, registered unindexed, and unregistered firms, as well as government organizations and state-owned enterprises. All suppliers must hold NTN registration and furnish Professional Tax clearance from Excise and Taxation Department.
