IT Equipment and Accessories Procurement for Global Virtual School by ESEF KP

Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for procurement of IT Equipment and allied accessories for Global Virtual School as a complete package. This re-invitation for bids is issued under National Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with rule 6(2)(b) Single Stage Two Envelope of KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers a comprehensive package of IT equipment and accessories required for establishing virtual school infrastructure in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The scope encompasses equipment descriptions and quantities as detailed in the bid solicitation documents, with evaluation criteria and terms and conditions provided therein.

Bidders must be manufacturers or their authorized dealers and partners registered with Income or Sales tax, with active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue. All bidders are required to submit 2 percent bid security in original form before the submission deadline, payable as Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's cheque in the name of Managing Director ESEF KP Peshawar. Technical and financial bids must comply with all mandatory requirements specified in the bid solicitation documents.

Bid solicitation documents containing detailed equipment descriptions, quantities, evaluation criteria and other terms and conditions may be downloaded from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, as well as from www.kppra.gov.pk and https://esef.gkp.pk/ websites. Bidders must submit proposals by uploading scan copies on the EPADS system on or before Monday, 10-08-2026, at 02:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room of ESEF Office Peshawar. The managing authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014 provisions.
