This is a framework procurement spanning multiple expenditure categories totalling 28.5 million rupees across six lots, indicating substantial ongoing demand for supplies and services by a large provincial police operation. The lot-wise structure allows vendors to bid selectively, though framework contracts typically impose compliance and performance standards. The two percent bid security requirement is standard. Notably, the closing date of 7 August 2026 is tight relative to the bid validity period extending to 30 June 2027, suggesting contract performance will span most of the financial year.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax authorities. Firms or individuals blacklisted by PPRA or Punjab Police are ineligible. Typically, trading firms engaged in supplies or services procurement must maintain current tax registration and maintain business standing.
