The Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East invites tenders through the EPADS e-procurement portal for providing and laying paver blocks for trench treatment at Al Yaqeen School, PECHS Senior Campus UC-01, TMC Chanesar, District East, Sindh. Bidders are required to demonstrate PKR 5 million turnover in the preceding five years through bank certificates and audited accounts from internationally affiliated firms. Machinery ownership or lease certificates and evidence of 30 percent liquidity position in cash or credit facilities are mandatory. At least one similar work with minimum 80 percent of estimated cost executed in the past three years, supported by completion certificates and SPPRA ID bid evaluation reports with photographs, must be provided. Bidders must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and provide CNIC copies for firm owners.
