Procurement of LED Televisions 40, 24 and 42 Inch by Fauji Foundation

Fauji Foundation, a trust created under the Charitable Endowments Act 1890 for the benefit of ex-servicemen and their families, invites sealed quotations for the procurement and installation of LED televisions comprising 2x LED 40 Inch, 1x LED 24 Inch and 1x LED 42 Inch (Haier H42D6FG or equal specification) for the Foundation's Education Division. The tender is issued from the Head Office in Rawalpindi, Federal Province. Quotations should be submitted on FOR basis for Fauji Foundation Education Institutions with GST included. The procurement is intended to equip educational facilities with modern display equipment to support institutional operations and learning environments.

Vendors must be authorized distributors, dealers, resellers or partners of the quoted product to ensure long-term maintenance and support services. Technical proposals must include relevant specifications, literature, pictures and brochures. All tender conditions must be clearly understood and accepted before submission. Non-blacklisting certificates on affidavit and authorization letters from original equipment manufacturers (where applicable) are required. Bid security of 2% for registered firms and 5% for non-registered firms must be deposited in the form of a CDR at the time of tender submission. Technical and commercial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes, both enclosed in one sealed cover, before 1130 hours on 6 August 2026. Quotations are valid for 4 months from the opening date of the commercial proposal. Delivery and installation must be completed within 6 weeks of contract signature. Payment will be made 100% upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning. Liquidated damages at 2% per month (maximum 10% of contract value) will apply for late supply.
