Framework contract for laboratory consumables (blood bags, reagents, screening kits, chemicals) to a public hospital in Jauharabad during FY 2026-27.
Estimated value Rs. 30 lakh represents moderate recurring spend across multiple items, not a single large procurement. Item-wise basis suggests flexibility in ordering patterns. DRAP registration mandatory—this is a regulatory gate that filters out non-compliant suppliers. FOR delivery limits logistics complexity. Tight closing (August 2026) with same-day bid opening requires efficient document preparation and on-time submission discipline.
Who can bid: Must be manufacturers, sole agents, authorized importers, authorized distributors, or dealers registered with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan). Registration with E-Procurement System and PESSI/SSH approval required. Cannot be blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Jauharabad. Typically require NTN and SECP registration for entity validation.
