Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed in Muzaffargarh district, Punjab, invites sealed bids for thirteen frame work contracts covering the financial year 2026-27. The procurement spans laboratory kits and chemicals, X-ray films and chemicals, surgical and disposable items, printing, stationery, medical gases, linen items, IT equipment, medicine transportation, general store items, local purchase of medicines and surgical supplies, dental materials, and eye department items. Total estimated budget across all lots ranges from Rs. 400,000 to Rs. 13,000,000, with an aggregate value exceeding Rs. 28 million for diverse medical and operational supplies required by the hospital.
Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, and qualified suppliers registered with relevant authorities. Bidders must submit bid security at two percent of the estimated budget for each lot in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order favouring the Medical Superintendent. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014, and all bids must be submitted electronically through the EPAD portal.
Tender documents are available online from https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/ until 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, which is the deadline for bid submission. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the hospital office. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Prospective bidders must submit queries at least five days before the deadline, and all relevant documents must be clearly scanned and uploaded. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
