For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IBA Karachi seeks 390 printed navy blue t-shirts (cotton-polyester, 180–200 GSM) for institutional use. The requirement is modest in scale and appears one-time, tied to the SBS Launchpad 2026 event. The tight submission deadline (two days) and mandatory sample approval are significant procedural requirements; bidders must ensure rapid sample production and delivery. Payment is post-delivery by cheque, not advance, which may affect cash flow for smaller suppliers.
Who can bid: The notice does not state specific eligibility criteria, registration or PEC requirements. Typically, bidders supplying printed apparel should hold a valid NTN (tax identification), and suppliers to educational institutions are generally expected to be registered with the relevant provincial authority.
