POF seeks fabric/cloth supply for field medical equipment (IFDS).
This is a one-off, single-item procurement with minimal scope details visible in the ITB headline. The very tight deadline (less than 4 weeks from issue to close) and requirement for online submission may discourage smaller suppliers unfamiliar with e-platforms. Bidders must have current tax registration; typical fabric suppliers with military/institutional supply experience would be competitive.
Who can bid: Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or registered suppliers with current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration with Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue. Typically, fabric/textile suppliers must also hold Pakistan Standards Institution (PSI) certification and maintain relevant quality approvals for institutional supply.
