Description / Scope of Work
The Commandant Special Security Unit SSU, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders on a two-stage, two-envelope basis for the procurement of repair and transport services covering government vehicle spare parts, tyres, tubes, complete engine and battery supplies for the Special Security Unit SSU and associated projects including Balakot Hydro Power Project BHPP in District Mansehra and Remodeling of Warsak Canal System across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is issued under the National Competitive Bidding framework following the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. This is a financial year 2026-27 procurement with an estimated scope covering multiple government departments and projects across the province. The procurement is conducted through the e-PADS platform with a delivery period of 15 days or as per contract agreement.
Eligibility is restricted to registered suppliers actively listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) who are authorized to supply goods and services to government departments. Specifications and tender documents are available from the Account Section SSU, 3rd floor elite building Malak Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar, at a cost of Rs 2,000 (non-refundable). Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS in hard form to the Account Section SSU. Tender opening occurs on 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidder representatives at the Deputy Commandant SSU office. Rates shall be considered only if quoted in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all packing, freight and delivery charges to the project site.
