Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-I or above for the procurement of work relating to Traffic Management Solution at Kashmir Chowk, Murree Road, Islamabad. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted on a Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulatory guides issued by the Authority. The bidding process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System version 2.0 platform. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified category and must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as detailed in the bidding documents, submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call at Deposit. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all interested and registered bidders. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the closing deadline. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained under any circumstances.
